Mouse doesn't work at all.
Just when I thought Bethesda ran out of ways to annoy me...

For some reason my mouse doesn't work in Skyrim at all. I checked to see if for whatever reason gamepad was enabled in SkyrimPrefs (I never use gamepads), and it was. So I changed bGamepadEnable=1 to bGamepadEnable=0, but when I start up the game the mouse still doesn't work. I tried validating the game files and got one invalid file, but even after doing that and repeating the SkyrimPrefs process I still have no mouse support.

It always worked before. I've been using the same mouse I've had when I bought the game. What the hell? -.-'

PS: I don't have Steam cloud enabled.

Hmmm...it should be very nice to know how this could be Beth's fault!

I think it is more....blame others..then I don't need to blame myself :)

Fine smartass, then tell me, what did I mess up?

Game creates the configuration file with bGamepadEnable=1 even though there has never been a single gamepad plugged into my PC. That's happening now for the first time, which means Bethesda changed something in the game build. Ether that or there's been something wrong with it for a long time and I got lucky before. Ether way, Bethesda is to blame.

If you've got nothing useful to say why don't you shut up, stupid fanboy.

One clue....only one!!! Search!

SEARCH the forum about your problem...Search the net about your problem...Search the known issue about Skyrim about your problem.......I don't think you find any that point to Beth's fault!

Bethesda haven't updated anything to do with Skyrim for, what, over a year? (Last patch was in March 2013).
