Game creates the configuration file with bGamepadEnable=1 even though there has never been a single gamepad plugged into my PC. That's happening now for the first time, which means Bethesda changed something in the game build. Ether that or there's been something wrong with it for a long time and I got lucky before. Ether way, Bethesda is to blame.

SEARCH the forum about your problem...Search the net about your problem...Search the known issue about Skyrim about your problem.......I don't think you find any that point to Beth's fault!
