Vampire Lord Transformation bug
So after getting bitten by harkon i go to transform into a Vampire Lord and nothing happens i just stand in human form, i have tryed to do the "set dlc1vampirelorddisallow to 0" and it doesnt work or i might be using it wrong but i would really appreciate some help.

from memory i'm pretty sure the scripts were lagging so i installed SaveTool and took out some mods to reduce some scirpts and that seemed to fix it.

sometimes it does that .. after couple seconds it usualy starts transforming
had that happen many times in vanila Skyrim too both with Vampire and Werewolf transformations

most of the times that got me killed

was something different for me. Skyrim was the one messing up and one of its scripts wasnt doing its job correctly and I had to fix it.
