Whats the cheapeast place online that I can buy Skryim legendary edition and still register it on Steam? I realize I just missed the sale a few days ago, but was so busy this past week I didnt even realzie the summer sale was going on. Any Ideas?

So, the CD key from the box that you buy from Amazon can register through Steam?

Try change country in Steam to Russia (throught vpn).
All games is cheapper, for example, just now Skyrim Legendary Edition can buy for less 20$
But I'm not sure what its legal.

yes you can use CD key through steam, you can ONLY play through steam
