Stealth?

So i heard stealth is an option in the game. Is it fun/viable? Are there features such as stealthy takedown, distration, seeing in dark? Or is sniping with bow just everything?

There is kind of a stealthy takedown if you get the skill that daggers do 15x damage (forgot the name)

You can use arrows as a distraction or use the throw voice shout

You can see in the dark if your'e a khajiit, using the night eye power

High end stealth is totally OP. and can cap out gear/skill wise early on in levels.

Just sneak around the place, look at the wiki.

ps you can 1 shot the game 'bosses' as a stealthie

High end stealth with archery really starts breaking things. Especially if you have the Advanced Crossbow out of Dawnguard and playing an orc. Berzerker Rage plus Sneak attack is a fun combo.

melee will work too, if you get the assassin blade perk for daggers (15x multiplier) and the sneak attack double damage bonus from the Dark Brotherhood gloves caps your sneak attack at 30x. You'll hurt stuff for sure.

Use the shout "Throw Voice" to send your foes the other way while you go this way.

Sneak is one of the most powerful skills there is. Killing an entire dungeon without being noticed is quite easy to do with the proper equipment.

Stealth/Sneak, one good Dragonbone bow and arrows, some poison and you clear one cave/dungeon with DragurLords almost by your self.
