No quest from Feran Sadri (Dawnguard DLC)

I finished the main quest at Volkihar Clan and all i want is the ring where you get from radiant quest. But theres no quest from Feran, I talked to npc and told me to talk to feran but still theres no quest, please help me.

I think i need to do some chalice thing thats why it wont activate

You can only have one radiant quest at a time so clear other quests first.

there is a bug where you can pick up a ring or a amulett of that quest BEFORE you actually start the quest, the Result is exactly that.
Check your inventory if you dont have one of the Amuletts or Rings - If look out the item code and remove it via the console usualy does the Job

I've got the same issue, see no quest from Feran, so the question here what is the name of that ring or amulet that causes that quest to not show up...I might have it since I've got plenty of amulets and rings on me.
Anyways I think I've finished the main Quest of the DLC so I don't think the quest he will give me would be that important...
