Are you using Realistic Needs and Diseases All-In-One for USSEP by Ro84 - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3487/? If so, this, from the description (under Installation):

"This mod makes obsolete the following patches:

* RND_Dawnguard-Patch.esp
* RND_HearthFires-Patch.esp
* RND_Dragonborn-Patch.esp
* RND_USKP-Patch.esp
* RND_AnimalLoot.esp
* WellsOfSkyrimRND.esp
* WaterFromWellsDragonbornRND.esp

So with this mod you can disable and remove them from your load list.

PATCHES
*For Hunterborn: http://www.nexusmods...ion/mods/10007?
*For Beyond Skyrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10928/?

If you are using Havest Overhaul Creatures, please use the dedicated version in "Optional files" section instead of the main file. This version doesn't have the RND_AnimalLoot.esp merged, so it is compatible with Harvest Overhaul Creatures. If you are only using Harvest Overhaul (without "Creatures" patches), you can use the main RND file (no conflicts).

NOTE: If you are using other mods that add wells and/or new foods/drinks (ETaC, Fountains of Skyrim, Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, etc.), you still need their RND patches. You can find them on the RND original pages and/or on the Nexus as stand-alone mods."

No I did not use this mod because I did not know such a mod exsisted! So All I have to do is download this mod and delete all the others? I dont use Beyond Skyrim and the WaterFromWells mod. I also dont use Harvest Overhaul. Thanks a bunch!

I will try that out right now.

Edit: Wait, they are all for the special Edition. I only have the old legendary edition though.

Haha. Dont worry, I didn't do anything yet. I am searching here for a solution myself, but so far I could not find a solution.

So, I guess you are using this:

Realistic Needs and Diseases 2.0 by CrEaToXx - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78785/?

I think you need to use this when using RND with Requiem:
Requiem Food Patch - Requiem and Realistic Needs and Diseases 2 by Kwando - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82103/?

EDIT:
I see that RND says that patches are packed in the main file (including a patch for Requiem) - but you might want to look at the above cited patch, anyway

Oh... I actually used the old version of RND! I did not know there was a 2.0. I will try this and the patch out now!

One of the real pains in the rear end when modding the game - keeping track of all the updates, out of dates, patches, and other assorted what nots and what have yous!

That is true. I thought the same days ago. I usually got the mods I want to try out from youtube videos and they often link to a now outdated version of the mods, which is a shame. I hope now the RND Mod will work properly although I had trouble deinstalling the old one.

It works! Thank you very much!

Note that there's another RND for USLEEP, here[www.nexusmods.com]. It worked better for me, although that might be because I've used this one after switching to MO from NMM, rebuilding my mod list from scratch on a clean install. It doesn't have the widgets though, but I prefer a minimal HUD (with both iHUD and Less Intrusive HUD).
