Hearthfire Remodeling Mods?

I'm looking for a mod to help me remodel my homes in Skyrim. (Yeah, yeah, the book says "choose wisely" but it's hard to choose wisely if the in-game instructions aren't exactly clear about what's in a wing. Comments in that vein aren't very helpful.)

I'm looking for something that will let me raze and remodel a wing. For example, replace an alchemy tower with, say, an armory. I've seen a handful of mods out there but they're particularly granular down to the level of moving walls and furniture and the like. Can anyone recommend a mod?

Possibly the closest thing I can think of would be Hearthfire Extended. I haven't installed it yet in my current game since I'm still testing a jumble of new mods to see what should stay and what doesn't quite fit my playstyle.

Any item or house part, once built or added in a Hearthfire home, is there permanently for the duration of the game. If you did not like an addition, the only solution is to go back to a save from before that addition was added - or start a new game. There is no other solution.
