Loki Chest

Hello.
Does anyone have loki chest patch or a working download link?
It's a desktop application used to transfer and stash loot for your alts. It used to be available for download via official game site, but that site has been down for quite some time, I'd like to get Loki on steam but without the chest it's really not the same experience. If anyone could provide me a working download link or upload installation file for solo chest patch I would be grateful.

Anyone still have a working link for this? It really sucks that there is no way to transfer items ingame.
