That's fair... there won't be any updates (beyond maybe another small update to fix a few remaining bugs) for the current version as all our energy and time is going into the full rewrite of the new version in development.

Could you describe what you felt was missing or what could be added to meet the standards of a great game?

ill try my best lol, what i think makes a game great is attention to details and visuals. when i bought this game i was hoping i could crash planets into each other and blow things up with great detail. For example when i bough the game i was hoping if i shot the moon into the earth it would get molten and over time make a new moon or particles would fly out and u could see that it left a crater. now i know that must be incredibly difficult to do but if u can do that i would love it. I watched the video u posted earlier and you guys descussed how detail was a major thing going into the game and i really liked that. I think attention to detail can really make a game. but i understand how time consuming it is to add details to games like this. the last thing i think would make this game freaking amazing is if u guys had a workshop like garrys mod. i mean after all it is a universe "sandbox". so good luck and i hope i gave u some insight!

Crashing planets together and having those results be as amazing as you might expect is a major focus for us with the new version still in development.

The new Universe Sandbox (v3) is a completely separate release that's been in development for almost 2 years now and likely won't be released this year.

Wait...this is a game? I thought of it as a sim more than anything :).
Haven't played it a lot, but I love it. Also I didn't know there's a new version coming, but will definitely look into it! Looked at a few screenshots and it looks amazing.
