How to Unlock Bridger
Hey everyone, a lot of people were asking how to unlock Bridger, and I thought I'd make a quick post on how to do it. It is pretty simple after you beat the story missions the first time, you just have to know what you are doing. So, let's begin.

WARNING: THIS GUIDE WILL CONTAIN MAJOR SPOILERS, INCLUDING THE FINAL BOSS AND MORE.

Step One: Finding the First Lore Item

The first thing to kick this off will begin on 'Join or Die', the last story mission. After you defeat the final boss, Hurst, you will notice you can actually go into the safe room after he opens it, and inside you will find the 'Bounty Hunter's Payment' lore item on one of the shelves. Keep in mind that lore items will always be in the same spots on any difficulty, and you don't need to complete the maps after finding them. You can simply back out. This will kick off the quest "Bounty Hunter". After you do this, you need to talk to Bridger in the Eckington Camp, she will be located on a small balacony area inside, looking over Caleb's car. She will give you a voice line to get you started about searching out the bounty hunter's calling cards.

Step Two: Georgetown Sniper
Once you have talked to Briger, you can actually inspect the lore item in the Lost & Found section. On it, it will describe three killings by this bounty hunter, KW. He describes a Georgetown Sniper, Tiny Saul who stole from the Brigade, and Gary who brought back contrabrand. These are subtle hints to the three maps you need to investigate for the calling card lore items. So, the first one: The Georgetown Sniper. This is the easiest to find because there is only one actual mission that takes place in Georgetown: Hell or High Water. The location of this lore item is at the ending part, near the laundromat. Right in front of the final bandit camp which holds the water purifier is a bus stop, and to the left of it will be a dead corpse holding the first calling card. One down, two more to go. Keep in mind you can do this map on Normal, so it is relatively easy to do.

Step Three: Tiny Saul
The next calling card is located on Listening In. You will need to go through the path that allows you to go under the gate that you lift with the forklift. If the forklift breaks, you cannot get the item so just restart. After making your way through the office area, you will kill two snipers and drop down. To the left of that area is a parking lot, where the car you use to power the apartment gate is located. This is the general path you go if you don't open any shortcuts, so it isn't too hard to find. There you will find the corpse of Tiny Saul buried with a bunch of other bodies in the middle of the lot, and the calling card that was left behind. This is the easiest one and I recommend doing this one first if you are having trouble with HohW. The order of the calling cards doesn't matter.

Step Four: Gary
Gary is the hardest because his hint doesn't give too much and can be misleading. The mission you are going to do is Doctor's Orders, where you return to the mall to get medical supplies. There, you will go through the mission in almost its entirety, until you reach an area where you need to fuel a generator to open the main entrance's shutters. This is the area where it is located. Under the escalator and towards the back you will find a dead body with a shiny calling card. That is Gary, and with all of those you are now ready for the next part. (It might be hard to tell on the image, but it is located by the dead player's body. It sits on the dead person's lap.

Step Five: Brigder's Map
So, you have all the calling cards for the bounty hunter. This means you can go back to Bridger back at Eckington Camp. Talk with her and go to the room on her left. It is a small office and on the desk is a lore item. Pick it up and you now have a map. Back out and inspect it to see a crude drawing of a familiar area.

Step Six: Kirk's Goodbye
Head to Last Stop. This is where you will find the final lore item. Go through the mission as usual, completing the first door puzzle to get to the second area with metro trains. After you open the previously locked door where you had to pull the switches, make your way down through the left side. This stop is where you'll find the weapon. Behind a locked door in the middle of this room with the trains and various camping tents you'll find the lore item, with the area Bridger drew behind the metal fence. Unlock it using what you have. It is RNG as to what you need, but on my playthrough I got a lockpick, and can be something no player in your party has. If you are solo, you just have to restart. If you have people in your party however but no one has the appropriate tool, you can have one person leave and return with the proper item. Finally, open it up and collect your final reward on the desk in the back. And that is it, you have officially unlocked Bridger, the Tactician. Her kit revolves around her Shrapnel Bomb which acts as a mine, and her passive ability where after taking damage, she gets movement speed and a damage buff. Her proficiences are with assault rifles, revolvers, and axes. Overall, a very good character with very good voice acting.

Man, how about you make a Steam Guide of that? I mean in time the Spoiler section will be filled with other topics and this one can be simply buried under them. And since people will come to Steam Guide section first - it seems wise to move it there.

This is on the Join or Die mission. Hurst comes out of the panic/safe room he is located in with two brutes. The lore piece is in there. After you grab it, you have to go talk to Bridger in the camp.

You are still able to continue the quest, she doesn't say anything important. Just go on to searching for the calling cards.
