Adult patch?

Hi, I downloaded the adult patch but is there a way to check if the patch is working? I can't see any changes to the setting / title or any indication that the patch is working. The adult.rpa is located in the game folder of Blackberry Honey.

If you play windowed you will see a +18 on the top left next to the title of the game.

you can also right click the game title then go to properties in your steam library.

most games (recent ones?) have a DLC tab there if you have any in your library. you can literally check the checkbox. unchecking and then checking should start a separate download if you initially downloaded it WITHOUT the DLC, I think.
