Sonic Adventure DX Glitch

I just bought SADX on Steam, but i can't configure the options. The interface won't let me change the keyboard controls, and the options I can change just reset when I click "save". Is this a unique problem? Can anybody tell me how to fix it?

It worked and sorted out my dodgy frame rate and Xbox360 controller too!

Im using Win 7 64 bits, but inside my wow6432 i have this:

[...]wow6432node
-Windows
-Active Setup
-Installed components

And inside of "installed components", 9 folders named with a large number of random letters and numbers.

Anyhelp plz?
