Have you made any/are you in the process of making similar games? I would definitely play more. I came here initially to ask for a Mac port, but I read your post and it's ok.
The colors are only really significant because of the mine counts associated with each color; the numbers on tiles ignore colors.
If you peek at puzzle 14, it's a good example of this. There are two revealed tiles on the bottom row to begin with; one is a "2" with a yellow outline, and one is a "1" with a green outline. Those tiles are only yellow and green to fit the color pattern on the puzzle, and they behave just like any other numbered tiles.
Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions.

The instructions say:
"If you are sure that a tile has no mine, left-click to reveal that tile."
... but there's no instruction about what to do if you're sure that a tile does have a mine. So I can't progress after this point.
(I have played Windows minesweeper, many years ago, so I'm guessing that I have to right-click to mark mines -- going to check that after I finish with this post -- but total newcomers to this game will be stuck here.)
Another issue: full-screen mode doesn't like my taskbar on the left side of the screen :(
I tested out the issue with the taskbar on the left; you're right, that's not the intended behavior, but luckily there's an easy fix. If you just use alt+enter to leave/re-enter full screen, it should fix itself.
This is definitely a bug, but it's risky to touch the window placement code after I've been away from it so long. Since there is such an easy work-around, I will probably not issue a patch for it -- as long as the work-around works for you.
[edit]Alt+enter works like a charm![/edit]
This isn't really a question but I am a rebel
