Update 30 Test Build
Update 30 :: Training is now available on the Main branch. Thanks for all the great feedback and reports. :)

Update 30 :: Training is now available on the Test Build branch. Please report any issues, feedback and suggestions as a response to this thread or on the #test-build channel on discord.

Main Features
  • Added new room and objects for training colonist attributes
  • Added Memory Transfer Station for transferring job skills from one colonist to another
  • New colonist schedules
  • Updates and additions to the tech tree

SAVE GAMES
When using the test build branch save game files from previous versions may not be compatible. Save games created in test build may not be compatible with the main branch or compatible with the final update. Be sure to back up your save files or only create new save files while in the test build branch.

About Test Builds
The optional Test Build branch is for testing the latest features before they go live to everyone. As it is a testing version there can be more bugs/issues than in the normal version. If using the Test Build branch, please report any issues you encounter or any feedback on new game play mechanics. Your feedback and/or reports will help to ensure the final version is the best it can be.

  • Updated icon of colonist section button in management interface

  • Lowered research cost of Power Storage research
  • Minor change to early research project order

Fixes
  • Fixed: Hover icon for reachable construction not updating correctly if colonists are on expeditions in some instances
  • Fixed: Input key still triggering if typing inside of a text input field
  • Fixed: Colonist not removed from roster if dead
  • Fixed: Colonist not removed from assigned bed if dead
  • Fixed: Attributes showing incorrect tooltip type in colonist info panel
  • Fixed: Some colonist attributes showing a change rate in tooltip info even when there wasn’t one.
  • Fixed: Some data, importantly colonists, not getting correct instance id values after loading game. This caused a conflict with colonist assignments such as rosters and beds.
  • Fixed: Missing punctuation characters for Chinese font
  • Fixed: Chinese font not appearing in drop downs

  • Added Training guide topic
  • Colonists no longer gain fatigue/hunger while in the memory transfer station
  • Colonists will now only use memory transfer station during scheduled training hours
  • Updated look of discovery and guide section list items
