Is there any chance you can please consider adding this as an optional free DLC on Steam, to make it easier for Steam users to install?
That way, one would only need to activate/disable the DLC in the DLC tab to install/uninstall these textures.

Is there a list of all models actually updated? Since this says player models I imagine (hope) that tilesets and monsters are on the horizon so people can stop asking why there isn't updated models.

Also, does installing this pack break steam achievements?

+1 for adding it as a free DLC. Some games done so, and there wasn't any problems.
