All links to the IGN vault are dead - they closed it years ago. Most of that content can now be found on the new Neverwinter Vault site, which is run by the community, but not, it seems, in this case.
This might be a step in the right direction, or maybe not. From what I can tell other than the work Jazael (Robert's handle I assume) did on Adam's Demon Cards module, this Monk's Point in first search result seems to be the only intact work still downloadable anywhere.
