YES, YES, and for the 9000th time, YES!

I paid full retail price for it. I regret not waiting for the sales. But I don't regret my purchase at all :)

What dilworks said. Except I don't give a damn about not waiting for sales. I got the game within days of release and it was well worth it (I think I got 10% off or something actually, but that was not the point at the time). I dunno about comparing it to a tycoon game, but it does have a fun economic management side for sure.

To point it out, it has a demo, so you can give that whirl to see if it strikes your interest.

If you like the Atelier series (especially Atelier Annie) you're going to love it! Just bought it, having a great time. It DOES, however, require some patience, but it's a lovely game with a so-so plot

Yeah. Its a great game. And a long one too. You start with a swordman character to do the dungeon exploring but as the story goes on you will start to unlock more classes like thief, magician and a bowgirl.

Then theres the shopping aspect. Selling your items. In order to sell good items you need to find them in dungeons from monster, chests or boss drops and crafting them.

Dont be frustrated if you fail your first run... you can start the next one with the merchant lvl you had with your updated item list.

Before I forget theres some secrets to unlock too. Enjoy.

Depends your personality type.

I loved it, thought the game was adorable, intriguing, and original.

Others will criticize it for being repetitive.

All comes down to personal likes. I enjoyed it start to finish, and I'd recommend it if you want a break from more serious games, or if you just feel like some good ol' dungeon crawling.

It is worth mentioning that after you pay back the debt (a month), you unlock endless mode and can continue playing without any enforced goals. To me, that is when the game really started. Takes a few hours to get there.
