smith not appearing.

So I've upgraded all the way to metal, but the smith that changes squires into knights doe not show up. I made half of the island into my keep so the space is not an issue. Help pls?

Try saving and loading. I think I've identified a situation that can make this happen in rare cases, but a fix won't be in until a future update. Until then a save and reload will force the system to look for places for your shops.
