I'm playing v 0.200623.2

I have noticed that sometimes if you try to place normal modules on some of the docking ports of the corner modules, it says that the port is occupied even though there is nothing there regardless of the age of modules.
If it is a bug I hope it gets fixed soon, as it could set a lot of restrictions of how your station can be built.

Great bug report, thanks Dicky! I'll take a look at this one right away.

I'm playing the latest update (v0.200624)
Astronauts in Sandbox Mode don't interact with supplies sent up once all of their stats reach red. It's impossible to get them back down once they hit that mark. They carry supplies around the station while it claims they are too tired to work. They also refuse to eat anything and that may be a root cause.
Replication is easy as you just need to redline everything and then send up supplies.
Do you have a Food Preparation Station and enough electricity to run it? In Sandbox Mode the Food Preparation Stations currently provide unlimited food as long as they have power. Food Supplies will be integrated into this system in a future update.
Haha, yes I noticed this too when I was working on the fix. I'm working on a possible solution.
Thanks!
This is fixed in the latest version (v0.200624.2).
Spacecraft will now wait until all returning Astronauts are safely inside before departing.
Thanks!
There seem to be some mouseover tooltips when hovering over the three supply indicators in the launch manifest (and possibly other parts of the launch manifest too) but the white text is hidden behind the launch manifest window.

Is it intended to not be able to save the game in sandbox?
i can't save any game there and so its kind of pointless to build anything when all is gona as soon i log off :(
Regards
No, this is not intentional! Is it that when you click on the "Create" button in the new save window nothing happens? If so that appears to be happening when your mouse is over a solar panel behind the save window and the solar panel info window is blocking the Create button.
I'm rolling out a fix for this now. Thank you for reporting the bug!
- John
Both of these bugs are fixed in the latest version (v0.200624.3).
Thanks!

No, it is actually that when i hit ESC to open the menu, the both buttons Save and Load and not highlighting at all, so i cant click them at all.
Ah I see. This should be fixed in v0.200624.4 which is live now. Please try restarting Steam to trigger the download and please let me know if the issue persists.
Thanks!
I deinstalled the whole game and reinstalled, got version v0.0.200624.4 now and tried to start a sandbox.
Still same issue, hit ESC and cant highlight save or load, only Settings, Controls and Exit can be clicked
