Fake client, idle state

When connecting new server i get kicked for the "Reason: fake client" and have ridiculously high ping(no, its not my internets fault)(yes it is same for all servers)

Tried changing the "clientport" to "20006,20016,20018...." (list goes on)
Tried setting "cl_allowdownload" to 0
Tried turning down the win firewall
Tried reinstalling game, verifying files

And still getting fake client error, it used to be connect perfectly, i dont seem to pinpoint the problem, please help.

I suggest port forwarding your router.

the proper client port is 27015

Is a problem with DProto Plugin on server. Contact with server administrator.
