Monika doesn’t know my name :(

So in act 3 of ddlc when Monika is supposed to guess your name by pulling it from some file, she keeps guessing the first 5 letters of my email address or something. Does anyone know where specifically she pulls that information for the name so I can fix it?

my guess is that she guessed it from your computer's user name

Monika didn’t guess wrong. Whatever she said, THAT’s your name now.

Congrats, cause at once she literally called me as 1 tho. Even the fact that's not my name... wwwww

Don't know for sure, but i guess Monika get your name by the Windowns User Name. Try changing it and see if works.

Settings>Accounts>Family and other users>Add someone else to this PC>I don't have this persons sign in>Add user without a Microsoft account
Make the user account name your real name
Set it as administrator
Sign out of your account and into the new one
Remove your old account (Microsoft email)
Go into settings>account
link your Microsoft account to the new user
Now all the user files will show up as your real name (The name you set the user account as) and Monika will guess your name right.
You may have to reinstall some stuff/validate your games (I'm unsure)
