Are the songs DMCA Free for twitch?

I know some of the songs such as the one from ODESZA is protected by DMCA, but I wasn't sure if since the songs are broken apart and we have to construct them ourselves that it might be safe? I couldn't see anything official on it

I think you can stream them the only issue with twitch is that you can't keep them in your blog / saved clips or stream. But ive done this stream of all the song on this game without issue or strikes on twitch, granted i did not keep the video because of the DMCA
