Running the game at fullscreen (FIXED)

When I start up the game it starts in a window and I can't get it to fullscreen. Changing it to fullscreen in the files doesn't affect anything. Any help is apreciated.

i'm having the same problem, and it used to work perfectly.

I went into the game files and changed it to run at fullscreen, it only worked after restarting my computer.

thanks man, i just went over to moddb and downloaded the new New Vision. that fixed it and made it look sweet too.

I strongly suggest the "Deus Ex on modern systems" launcher. I love the game's original look and this modded launcher has nice options that make the game much better looking (resolution, correctly scaled GUI, fov) and working with the game's default textures and models.
