Lost connection to host

Hi guys,

I am wondering if anyone has/had "Lost connection to host" problem when trying to join a match. If you had, how did you solve it?

Also, sometimes when I am in the game about to deploy in a garrison the game freezes and comes back to the desktop environment.

Just for background information, I have a reasonable computer to run this game.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
RAM 32.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Is it a game issue, or is it my computer issue?

Because it gets really frustrating to join a game... I just want to have fun for a couple of hours after work, is it that hard?

Might sound a bit odd but what seems to work for me is going into the practice range when I first load up the game, then after which I'm able to join any server without getting the lost connection message. Able to leave and join other servers as well, seems to fix the whole issue...until I close the game down and restart it again later anyway.

I can't help with the other issue though, never had that happen to me before.

This works for me too.
I guess the game doesn't have time to load all the elements when joining a server for the first time and going to practice range "pre"-loads them

Just another question, how long do you spend in the practice range?

For me not long at all, I'll just pick a role and spawn in and let all the textures load then leave, only really takes me a few seconds or so really but I guess that could depend on your PC maybe.

Edit: I forgot to add that it doesn't seem to matter what faction you go as well, at least for me anyway.

Hey, everyone!

We are glad to know that steps on previous article did work. We deeply hope you can keep enjoying the game.

For those that are still having issues, please try using a different router or Wi-Fi connection. Also, you can try with mobile hotspot to see if the error still occurs on another connection. To do this:

• Disconnect the mobile from any wi-fi connection, then turn on the hotspot feature.
  
• Then connect the console to the hotspot and try to load into a game.
