Nope. Honestly though that's for the best. You already can call out what killed you over local voice chat and such (assuming you aren't dead-dead) to those in the area if you saw them before you died or know which direction you were shot from. 9 times out of 10 that I die at least I know the general direction the shot had to come from, so you can usually at least let your squad know what to look out for.
A kill feed or way to directly see what killed you would be unfair for other players.
Hardly.
Anything for the smallest advantage. Why not just get good. The whole "competitive" esports ♥♥♥♥♥ has ruined multiplayer games.
In my experience, squads are full of people who don't communicate other than to ♥♥♥♥♥ about others not using mics.
