With my 1050ti OC I'm using similar settings. Btw, by default, threaded optimization is "On", and texture filtering is set at "High Performance" already (at least on my PC with a clean install).
I didn't try "Maximum pre-rendered frames", because I believe that would cause some mouse delay, how does it work for you about that ?
Power management mode to Max and Vertical sync Off.
=> Those options seems to be the most helpful from what I tested.
You can also try to force the anisotropic filter to x2 or x4... I felt like it helped (placebo?), but I'm not that sure. To be honest, I'm still investigating ! It's possible to disable AA with the Nvidia panel, but to be honest the visual cost is a bit too high for the (probably very small) FPS gain...
The input lag isn’t too noticeable when setting the pre-rendered frames to “2”. It does help with performance for PCs with older CPUs like mine. It doesn’t really have an impact on how well I play, I’m still getting kills!
Specs? Either your PC is too weak, or just very overpowered.
That’s right, you don’t have to change video options ingame if you configured the .ini file.

Think most of us will just have to wait for some more optimisation patches.
Yep, I guess so.
However even if I lower my resolution to 1080p and set all to low, it still makes only a difference of about 5 fps compared to all epic and 1440p.
So I suppose it really needs optimisation.
As a heads up, we've got some hotfixes and our first patch next week, these will include some optimisation improvements!
Will pass that along!
At this stage optimization is crucial or it will start hurting your ratings.
The game play is acceptable for those willing to endure EA, but performance must be smoothed out.
After playing HLL yeaterday I went to ROV and it was nice to have a fluid experience. Between EPIC and lower there is hardly any difference (1080p on a GTX1080) so CPU might be bottlenecking, but even when it can starts with high frame rates it slows down after some time.
Again understandable with EA, but poor optimization in a tactical shooter is a game killing experience, just like clunky movement and shooting. MP only games depend on a good avrage rating to maintain player numbers, once that drops you are on a terminal curve.
