Yeah me cant seem to fix it here only reason im replying to this is to see if anyone answers it lol
Yes. It was fine for me during the tutorial and in the house but when I went on my first adventure and went to a battle in the alley, the audio turns into a total mess. Saving and restarting didn't help.
Random question if anybody in the future stumbles on it what audio drivers do you use?
The update that just now appeared, fixed the audio crackling for me. it also made me accidentally meet the "fcuk" guy. Now I wanna meet him on purpose.

edit: Crackling ain't fixed, it seems to appear and disappear occasionally. Haven't figured out the pattern.

Really hurting my ears honestly. I haven't got an update yet, will keep checking.
I have noticed aswell there is no update.

if you dont have a update Go into sound properites on windows Advanced change it to 2 Channel 24 Bit, 44100 Hz (Studio Quailty) Most likely a few others work but this seems to have done the trick

Mine is Realtek.
Haven't updated yet, the crackling was there from the start and is consistently there for me. Had to lower volume to mitigate it but its still there.

Look at the comment i put above try that
FPS is dropping tremendously at times when hovering tooltips, then when hovering a level up tooltip, it'll go back to normal.

Just got the update, it seems it fixed it for me (for now). I went into my driver, and tested several different Hz modes; after the update it didn't change anything noticeable, but I'm on 48000Hz 24bit for now.

Nvidia control pannel restore settings will do the trick
