every time i open it i go setting bc i can see the pixles of the screen and it is so zommed in that when i go to setting i cant see the the video part of the settings button

I require your help and community wisdom. After leaving the elevator in chapter 2 and killing the guard, when I pass the door I barely manage to take a few steps when my game crashes. A crash banner (Fatal Error) appears that says: D_SCAlloc: bad cache size 0. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but the error persists. Does anyone know why?...
