How to Unlock Isis Blood Code?

So after i defeat the Boss at Cathedral of Blood, i unlock a blood code called "Queen's Ribcage"
instead of Isis Blood Code, did i miss something? and i haven't found Part E for Isis Vestige 3 yet, so i get that later on in the game right?

I believe you have to pick up all of the Isis vestige parts throughout the Cathedral. Then use them on Leda before fighting the Ribcage boss. At least that's what I did, and the Isis blood code unlocked for me.

oh dang it, so Part E can be found in Cathedral of Blood? i didn't watch the 3rd Isis Vestige before the battle b'cuz i can't seem to find Part E to restore the Isis Vestige 3. so i thought i would get it later on in the game...
so that means i won't be able to unlock Isis blood code right?

I believe all parts are found in the Cathedral, maybe there was some in the Memory of (whatever your character name is) location. I'm not too sure, I just explored everything in the Cathedral, picked up everything, finished the Player Memory location, gave all vestige parts to Leda then fought the Ribcage and was given it after the battle if memory serves me correctly. Not sure if you're SOL for this playthrough or not, but you might have to finish it then go through it again on NG+ to get it.

Edit: I also healed the Successor (Ribcage) when given the option to.

Ahhh i see, didn't know there were like two different choices for it, gone in blind on this.
i guess most likely i won't be able to unlock true ending if that's the case.
so i might as well join the dark side by not restoring the memory before boss, and get the true ending on new game +....

Yeah, you can either talk to Aurora's statue after the fight, which heals the successor or you can walk away (dunno how that affects the story, since I chose option 1). Either way, it gives you another reason to play through the game if your decision doesn't get you the true ending if you were going for it.
