Additional DLC?

I own all the DLC on Steam aside from the gold purifier mask, but I'm seeing that some people are unlocking:

- Revenant Bath Towel
- Additional stamp sets like Yakumo set etc

Anyone know what this DLC is part of?

i use CreamAPi to get the "Region Exclusieve DLC", afterall i did bough the Deluxe Edition and this kind of exclusieve is Dump.

CohhCarnage (a streamer from California) pre-ordered a regular version of the game in Steam and received Revenant Bath Towel, bunch of Special Stamps and Face Paints.

I got mine ON the 22nd so I never got the towel

The towel doesn't even seem to be available on PC according to steamdb.
As for the gold purifier mask, it seems it can only be acquired by separate code or as a part of year old versions of the game which are probably debug or press related.

So most likely the towel cannot be used on PC at all and the mask only can be used by the developers and their friends. If anyone else is using either, it was probably hacked-in.

I pre-ordered back in July. Just received the veil, God Eater weapons, stamps, gift, and accessories. No towel or anything extra special.

From everything I read it's from a special edition only available in Japan.

those are only available in the Famitsu and Dengeki editions in Japan, no idea for PC tho. Also, stamps are bonus from early purchase, but not for PC as well.

My friend received the "Japan-exclusive" DLC, but he bought the game the same exact way I did, in the same region (NA) as me on Steam. Not sure how and why they were able to get the DLC but I wasn't. Also, I submitted a ticket to see if Bamco had any explanation, and the response I got was:
