What is the point of beer?

- takes up more space (67 squares, vs 61)
- less flexible placement (wheat farms vs orchards)
- requires additional research
- more expensive to build

This doesn't make any kind of sense. Brewery should output 8.0 per day for the same inputs to make it worthwhile.
