Is it possible to bind aim to numpad directly in the game, without using the OS settings?

You can bind +left, +right, +lookup and +lookdown in the console:

bind KP_LEFTARROW +left
bind KP_RIGHTARROW +right
bind KP_UPARROW +lookup
bind KP_DOWNARROW +lookdown

The console can be opened by pressing the Tilde key (~) or ² on AZERTY keyboards.
