Denuvo "The server is not reachable" problem, can't open the game
Hello forum. I understand, that this may be known issue, but I can't find any working solution to this. When I click "next" I get to the anti-tamper website, but it's useless, as I don't get the Request code, the field is just empty.

Usually, waiting 24 hours is enough to restore access. If not, only remedy I know of is to ask the studio to finally remove that piece of ancient middleware.

The problem still exists. I've already started to hate the developers because of this, as if they don't even try to fix that
Prolly Denuvo expired and they forgor about their game completely
The "The server is not reachable" error in Atomic Heart is associated with the game's Denuvo anti-tamper protection. This issue has been reported by several players, particularly those who haven't launched the game in over 30 days or are new purchasers.

Possible Solutions:

1. Wait and Retry: Some users have found that waiting for about 24 hours resolves the issue, as it might be a temporary server problem.

2. Contact Support: If the problem persists, reaching out to the game's support team or posting in the official forums can provide assistance.

3. Check Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable, as Denuvo requires online verification.

4. Verify Game Files: Use the platform's (e.g., Steam) feature to verify the integrity of the game files, which can fix corrupted files causing the issue.

It's important to note that this error is not exclusive to Atomic Heart; other games using Denuvo have experienced similar issues.

If these steps don't resolve the problem, consider reaching out to the game's support team for further assistance.

I understand trying to be helpful, but posting AI-generated "solutions" is not helpful: if we wanted an AI-generated answer, we'd use AI. Instead, we're here on Steam forums trying to communicate with actual people who have direct experience with the actual issues we are facing. Posting possible "fixes" that you have not verified or incredibly generic advice that has already been stated is not helpful.

did you really just ai generate this and post LMAO
^ Here's a good reason to avoid this Denuvo crap! Won't be buying any games with this anti-consumer ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. No thanks!

It's super frustrating - switching your Proton version merely 3 times already triggers Denuvo anti tamper, disallowing you to play the game for the aforementioned 24 fricking hours.

It's insane that I paid money for an experience that is worse (consumer and performance wise) than downloading the leaked dev build 🫠🫠

1.5 months passed and I still can't open the game which I've bought. I wanted to support Russian game developers, which probably had hard time relocating and experiencing constant pressure of accusations about ties in Russia etc. Now I just hate them. Never buy a game with Denuvo, if it's hacked - just pirate it, but don't buy because you will be f*cked over like me.
Where are all the corporate fanbois and shills decrying our criticism of Denuvo and convincing us to swallow the slop?
