Cannot build Dee-Dee stop
I've already talk with Petra at Research Center and got a Dee-Dee stop diagram mail. However, when I try to build it, I didn't see the Dee-Dee stop diagram in Assembly station.
What's should i do?

It is a diagram so it should be unlocked the moment you receive it. Have you tried using the index for the Assembly Station? The diagrams don't fill out the book properly so sometimes you'll see a blank page between two crafting recipes.
