Photography Update - Live Now!

Hey everyone!

The newest content for My Time At Portia is now live! You can learn about what's in this update, and see the changelist here

If you've been playing on the 'open_test' branch before today, please follow these steps to switch your game back to the main branch and get the latest update:

1. Right-click My Time At Portia in your Steam library
   
2. Select 'Properties'
   
3. Select the 'Betas' tab
   
4. From the drop-down menu, choose 'NONE - Opt out of all beta programs'
   
5. Click 'Close'

The game should then update in your Steam library, and you'll be able to continue your game using the same save file.

If you haven't been playing on the 'open_test' branch before today - you won't need to do anything as your game will just update as normal.

As always - if you experience any issues in-game, please post up in the Report A Problem forum so that our team can help.

Thank you so much for the wonderful update! Just making the fire generator able to do 8 days instead of less than 2 is awesome! Seriously the best EA game I've ever played. It's right up there with Stardew Valley has one of my favorite games in a long time.

About the weekend inspection thingy: Sometimes the game gives me "you made a mistake" feedback for being a millimeter off. And other times I get two correct differences while clicking at the same place. Something I hadn't even seen yet has the same hotspot as the thing I was going for.

Hi Calm!

You will need to switch back to the main branch of Steam. If you have your library set to download updates automatically, it should start to update as soon as you switch.

Was this on a particular item you were inspecting? Or on all of them?

No its not only you im playing with a mouse a also sometimes have this problem. Its not only the pickaxe i also had this problem with the fan sometimes the drill maybe with another but cant remember . I found out most times its the angle you are looking at it.

The pictures that we take in game with the camera once we have gotten it from the story quest. Are we able to find those pictures saved somewhere outside of the photo album in game? Sorry if I missed that being mentioned somewhere. Id love to be able to save some of the landscape pictures that have been taken without the interface as desktop wallpapers its so pretty.
