Collection character

Any opinions out there on the Best collection characters to get from the box?
I chose the melee stone as i need a decent tank/melee dmg that can hold their own. Any recommendations?

Melee: Sakura, Guardian Lu, Crusader Daria, Doom Slave.
Shooter: Sgt. Barrol, Moon, Lady Rachel.
Magic: Miho, Rubiana, Aclla.

1. Guardian Lu, the Brute who overwhelms his enemies with “brute” force but leaves himself open!!
2. Crusader Daria, Saber who can switch between offensive and defensive mode (tankiest on this list but lower dps).
3. Doom Slave, Berserker who goes... well, berserk mode and deals high damage at the cost of his life (HP lol), may need Mediator Berthe to stop his bleeding, or use HP pots when he’s about to die!!
4. Sakura, some random girl who has mastered the Polearm in the fanciest way. She’s tankiest than the rest but not as tanky as our Saber ofc. However, when in Thousand Blossom mode (perma buff) she can one-shot most of her opponents. Her only defect is that she can’t hit flying!!
