Cool 😁 What is the state of the game? I cannot see the bugs many people complained about. The game feels clean, runs smoothly and with the latest DLC is gorgeous. I have just installed some cosmetic mods. But still it is beautiful. Is it as bad as people say it is?

Yarp, got gifted the DLC when it was on sale during the holidays.
Just banging out the last of the achievements.
It's better than Vanilla, but I'd rather be using mods but they still disable achievements.

I am, but my game keeps crashing about 50 turns in and all the advice I'm finding is obsolete. Really frustrating :/

I dont know if this tips is going to solve your problem but I got the message "No screen input" or something like this when I started the game. I then went to the the game folder and in compatibility changed clicked on "Deactivate full screen optimization" or something like it. The game has run flawlessly then. My OS is in norwegian so I dont remember the english word.

I just re-downloaded it for the first time in a few years ... and I am surprised that it looks like they stopped the development quite a few years back ... which is a shame because there is so much potential still. Also there is alot of things that could still use balancing ... its a shame they are not releasing updates.

Yes, I'm playing it. I got both BE and RT on a Steam sale, and enjoy it more than Civ V. I have just a couple bugs that bother me, and I'm disappointed in the scarcity of diplomatic options. But I love the tech web and seeing the different unit animations.
