Known Issues

Already Joined
Sometimes if you log in to server you can get a message that you are already joined. This can happen if the internet connection was interrupted while loading the game. You need to wait for a moment (around 10 minutes) until the character will get removed due to idle time. Then you can try again.

Menu Issues
If you are having trouble with the menu of the game the most likely culprit is a missing Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. It enables applications built with a newer Windows SDK to run on older versions of the operating system.

Please put combat issues to the VERY TOP of your list... I guarantee this game would do much better off if it had semi decent combat.

People who are fans of medieval games like Gloria Victis, Reign of Kings and Mount and Blade are going to refund this game as soon as they learn the combat is so terrible right now (even for EA) because the game is practically a sandbox PvE building simulator.

Hitboxes are so bad 2 people TRYING to fight each other can't manage to hit.... the combat is like what I'd expect from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3rd person MOBA game

Well Jin Mo-Ri, I managed to fight in serveral fights myself and managed to hit my opponent as expected. We know there are som issues especially with slow server connections and we will solve them. As mentioned we are working on that at the moment. This means a person has the task already assigned and is actively solving it.

Please devs if ya listening dont know if im just not understanding something right or what but when ever i turn the game off and come bk on i cannot see my old character and progress so having to start fresh each and every single time is really annoying please help

Are you 100% sure you are on the same server? We have PVE and PVP Servers with same numbers

I made the same number mistake myself, but figured it out, no probs:) ty so much for the rapid feedback on issues. Its rare and apreciated and I will look forward to trees not growing though my foundations in the future :)

I can't transfer items into or out of my inventory. Can't kill animals either. Is this a server issue or game issue?

Yes that is the desync issue. Just rolling out a patch

Hello, can a Keybindings update will come soon? I want to buy this game but no keybinding option prevent me of buying this nice game.Overall this game looks nice,keep up good work devs!
