All Crystals, but no Dimention.

After my Dimention disappearing, I decided to do it again but on Nightmare. Little did I know the red Crystal cannot be collected for me even though I have the achievement. What do I do? I want to get back into the Dimention

Hi Fap,

I had the same problem. all QLES Maps cleared and no Portal to the Crystalline Dimension.
But then I got it: The last Map 'Sky City' I only played NM, not on HC!
So, try to change your Settings without Hardcore Mode on, maybe it'll show you the Portal then
