Steam is getting ruined by garbage games :(

Why did i get 5000 achievements by playing for 3 minutes

Spam achievement filler.

Warp Rider is just another achievement spam game. The point of getting achievements is to try hard for them and there is nothing satisfying about getting 5000 achievements even before starting the game.
The gameplay itself is fun for like half an hour and gets humdrum and repetitive too quickly. Levels seem to be generated at random, but what makes it worse is the fact that your progress resets every time you close the game. Also, with all the neon lights the game looks appealing at first, but once again, play for anything more than 10 minutes and your eyes will bleed.
I have no objections as I got the game for free. But if you are thinking about paying money for this game, you better think again.

This supposed to be "an intense pitfall action game", bullet-hell type, you're falling into some abyss with billions of traps on your way and have to dodge them all or die trying. With the emphasis on the last part.

A terrible color palette, absolutely unbalanced, mindless gameplay, and 5000 achievements just for the single opening of the "game." Another trashy fake instead of a normal game in your profile. Soon such pseudo-developers will gain enough strength to occupy more and more places on the market, like cancer cells that replace normal ones. I can only wonder at those who accept this willingly. 0/10 mark.

Warp Rider is an arcade shooter that you can move your ship 360 degree in a endless tunnel. There are many obstacles you can shoot or evade, anyway I've got boring after 10 minutes because of repetitive gameplay.

It is good to see people trying to learn how to create games. But attempting to sell something that has no value other than the creators experience is not the right way to do it.

Warp Rider is a most basic game anyone could program in about 1 hour in unity.

The player is controlling a ship and must shoot "shield generators" (or something similar) and evade enemie fire and traps in order to progress through the 30 "warp zones".

Sounds interesting? It's not...

The "warp zones" are all the same randomly generated levels that don't vary in any way, the gameplay has no variation or any special mechanics and the higher difficulty levels just make the game faster and in combination with the bad responding controls (or move cooldown) almost unable to play.
There are no upgrades, no skins, no rewards... not even a most basic story that could make this game in any way compelling.

Warp Rider could be interesting on an indie game website for free but no one should ever be charged money to play this primitive game.

Well, not yet. This game has a bit potential and could be something interesting, but only if the developer really put some effort into their creation (and by that i mean A LOT)!

Garbage achievements spam game, don't bother.

I don't usually write reviews for games like this but this game is absolutely absurd.
I got this game for free which i'm thankful for but absolutely disappointed because of the fact that this game hurts your eyes, plays like ♥♥♥♥, and the only reason its a game is for 5k achievements.
What ever happened to steam green light? ever since that got shutdown theirs a lot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games.
Don't recommend, Don't even recommend getting other games made by this person, All seem the same with 5k achievements.

Quite challenging but simple arcade with 3 difficulty settings and colorful graphics. The soundtrack is cool, but repeats alot.
There doesn't seem to be much variation in the levels, so it can become boring fast.

There are alot of coupons for Virtual Top, so it shouldn't be hard to get it cheaper for an easy 100% achievement completion.
