My character models wont load, has that happened to anyone else before?

I tried playing this game on Windows 10 and it resulted error upon launch which reads: "ProphetLite.cpp (76): XA2FAIL 0x800401f0" I also asked two people who use Windows 10 to test it and they had the exact same problem. One person who tested it on Windows 7 however had no such issue. Can this game get any update to fix Windows 10 running issue? It is literally unplayable for the wast majority of users....
