The screen freezing bug is the main reason I don't play anymore.
Will this actually support the Rift or not? Inquiring minds wants to know.
LOL. Yes mate.
Exactly this!
Take note of how fluid the movement is in The Solus Project. *edit*: The Solus Project allows for both types of movement, at least with Oculus Rift.
*THAT* is how VR games motion should be.
Not "oh, let me teleport to the end of the room with this giant neon-looking lasso that I can extend outwards from my body."
Game takes around 5-6 hours to complete , also includes unlockables, DOOM Classic VR levels , very replayable too on harder difficulties , one of the best VR titles available in my opinion. Great GFX .. Ran like a dream for me no issues whatsoever , DOOM in VR it don't get much better
Raw Data for me was perfect, but yeah I think at least the devs @ ID listened .. credit for that , or maybe it was just a technical issue at the time , who knows but credit for releasing full loco for VR vets. I do agree too , teleporting is ok on some games like Robo Recall for example , I had no issue there as it felt like part of the game. Having the choice is always best though.
