@HEAVEN - If those steps don't help, please make sure to run through our troubleshooting article[www.ubisoft.com]. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
To diagnose this one further, we'd want the help of some system files - a https://ubi.li/dxdiag and an https://ubi.li/msinfo. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.
Once you have those files, you can reach out to us via our support website[support.ubisoft.com], or via Facebook or Twitter, to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.
