The price?
45,99 Euro? Is this a pricing mistake? :( Good luck with that.

First thing i thought. They have to be kidding. Casual adventure that looks like a walking simulator for AAA pricing. I doubt they got even a single sale. No ones going to pay that for an unknown indies first release using just unity assets. Way to kill your game right at release. 19.99 maybe. Even then the gameplay is so vague that may even be too high. But hey its their game, but im not buying it at that price. Ill buy 2 really great games for that from better known developers.

Only thing i could find with any real gameplay. Nothing in it thats screams 50.00. In fact looks like any other unity title. Unpolished and mod like.

Typos lol. Emergency break (brake) yeah i can see a lot of this coming. Voice acting is bad as well.

First, I thought it might be a mistake (~45€ in Europe). But in Australia it is ~50$. (confirmed by a Steam friend, he bought it…)

With all due respect, I really appreciate the hard work and effort you have put into your project, but you really should reconsider your pricing policy!
...hope its not a 2 hours ride for those who buy ( wonder who those are tho ) !
I'm the one Rainer mentions.
An hour in, I'll say this.
Pros
- Environments are preety nice, not an asset flip.
- Infinite sprint
- Abstract story that seems interesting & so far fully voice in pretty competent english with eastern european accents.
- While I'm not finding this area interesting & the amount of load screens (although fast) to be annoying, this is the best usage of Unity mansion assets I've seen, assets used right for a change,

Cons
- the UI, dialogue boxes & menus look just awful
- It's one of those abstract puzzle 'doesn't hold your hand' games but while at least the first puzzle & its objective are straightforward for an abstract game, the map even with infinite sprint is too big, so you have at least 2 long slow runs & then a painfully long boat ride which is probably a good 2 minutes of just holding forwards.
- no door opening animation, it just does a 'jiggle the door handle' sound & warps you to the next place, which makes sense sort of because it is doing this weird Escher mansion thing which is neat but that is a bad way to do doors.
- The puzzles in the interesting Unity Mansion/Escher environment were painfully simple & doesn't have a payoff that is interesting or makes sense.
- This next section is so far repeating the mistakes of the second, with a nice environment but frustratingly long runs looking for multiple keys (I need to power a monorail that says 'key is required, I have picked up 2 keys but evidently neither of those keys are that key).

It could end up being good, but there is some flawed design choices going on.
I do get the feeling it is designed by people who have a clear idea of what they wanted to make, but some of this execution is off.
I did feel like that were true at the half hour & even at the hour mark, but now approaching the 90 minute mark, I just feel bad for the people who designed the environments & audio; they are doing some good work & should be proud of it but the rest of the gameplay is too simple, mixed with annoying hunts for keys. This is a shame, for $10 it'd be less of a shame, for $50aud it's just audacious.

Although as soon as I enter the third area, there is definite Unity hospital/mansion type looking assets all over, but they are in configurations I've never seend before, so I think this is at least assets done right.

it could end up being good or average - but not for 45 Euros - lol !

Agreed. Price seems a bit unrealistic, to say the least.

Agreed. Thank you for taking the time and expense of offerring a first look.

I would've tried it at that price to see if it's good but it apparently doesn't allow key rebinding so it is not going to happen, not allowing key rebinding in "the current year" seems very odd in my book. (Quake allowed it more than 20 years ago...)

I think someone hit the '9' key one too many times TBH.

Personally I wouldn't even buy this for $15 but other people might. Funnily enough that's the price for Russians. Asking 50 dollars is just ridiculous. Well, their sales show. In 3 weeks they have sold less than 10 copies.

Dear friends, look at the 'Syberia 3' price.
Don't like the price - don't buy it.
