Am I just not hitting the proper keys or is this not implemented?

Gear shifting is [], there isn't currently ones for a controller though.

I would of never guessed it myself lol, but thankfully it was the same as CMS2015

Well they kinda work sometimes. Car still shifts automaticly at certain RPM. Sigh...

Yeah there currently is no option for purely manual, for now sadly just gotta deal with what they give us.
