Research points reset after completing some campaigns

Why is this happened?
I can't play any campaign at all. First mission is good, but after second mission completed, all my research points is gone.
So I have to clear all the missions only rangers?
I want to refund this game because it stopped me from playing game.

Hello,

That issue is not usual at all. Have you tried to make a reinstall of the game?

Maybe a new install of the game can fix the issue.

I've already reinstalled it several times,
and after 2-3 missions, wipe out every single research point.
What I have to do to solve problems?

At first I thought specific mission has bug so after completing those missions I use CE to rollback my research points but It always reseted after every single mission. So I have to use CE to rollback RP while playing every mission. It's so tired and frustrated. I don't want to play this game any more. It's waste my money and time

The problem is in the structure of your operating system, everything was always fine in the game, this failure is only due to non-standard OS settings
