Public Enemy weapons location

My character is just before Archangel Eli last fight . So I went in a tour around Jericho to try and find new weapons. This is what I got so far

1. The “Foremen's Divine Hands” Twin Rig weapon: Found After Celeste/Harold, might be available earlier; Port Nixon residential back alley, after you drop down from pipe where Montgomery was; another mob was in Flooded grounds.

2. The “Severed Rotor Blade” Hammer Found After Celeste/Harold, might be available earlier; Port Nixon lower flooded grounds; also from mob next to switch for electric drones that kill pax

3. The “Codename: Carmina” Spear Found After Celeste/Harold, might be available earlier; Cathedral of the Spark, as you enter hall of prayers

4. The “MG Jackknife” Single Rig weapon Found After Celeste/Harold, might be available earlier; Underground, main area, one of lynx that play dead

5. The “Codename: Parsifal v2.0” Hammer Found After Celeste/Harold, will not be available earlier; Downtown , from a proteus near the tent to gateway bravo ; this mob is present only after celeste fight

6. Strongarm Twin Blade Found After Celeste/Harold, might be available earlier; can be found from one of the hunters in the clearing right next to the CIT entrance; second drop on hunter on boar trail/metea forest

7. The “Kate 2.0” Staff Before first brother Eli fight. area will not be available after Erza/Celeste; Downtown , near doctor in Sanitation Aley, one of scavanger on second floor; another drop is scavenger in front of Court

8. The “Codename: Zarathrustra” Punching Gloves Before first brother Eli fight. area will not be available after Erza/Celeste; Downtown , near doctor in Sanitation Aley, one of scavanger on second floor; this is very near from Kate 2.0 staff drop

9. The “Portable Omni-Assembler” Heavy Duty weapon Before first brother Eli fight. area is available after Erza/Celeste, but different mobs. Downtown , in front of Cloud9

10. Codename: Engelhart is in front of the JCPD; for me was not available after celeste fight; and did not showed up at start of NG+ like other weapons, might need to kill some bosses.
Additional info from Sir_Gorz: The Scavenger wielding it is the one standing on a scaffolding right in front of the JCPD main entrance (the one that usually has a Firestarter single rig and likes to throw molotovs at you), next to the two scavengers squatting over a corpse.
updates: The enemy wielding Engelhart is part of the crowd listening to Brother Truman's sermon in front of the JCPD, so you cannot kill him if you want to get Engelhart, and yes this means the wielder will only spawn post-Celeste

11. The “Wave of Tomorrow” Spear The scientist on the left in Liang Wei Hospital Lobby.After passing Liang Wei Hospital lobby and reach the observation rooms with 3 scienties, one AID officer and the MG Cerberus Enemy, one more scientist having it. Before Ezra fight.

12. The “MG Ignis” Staff Scavenger enemy first time you enter AID Command, he is under a flight of stairs near that building to the side of the first Medbay

13. The “MG Centurion” Sword after killing Ezra and you have to make your way to the CIT, there will be a Rhino unit with this weapon, he dual wields it in another example of the enemies not playing with the same rules as you are, if I remember correctly he would be the second Rhino boi you face

Edit:
- Added weapons reported by other players as well, and if possible if I could double check.
- Some weapons seems to be specific to world state/not available at every moment. tryed to add info on what world state weapon was found

This should cover all weapons from DLC; Last 4 weapons I wasn't able to confirm on my play through; I'm still before first big boss fight on NG+.

The wielder spawns after Ezra. Also a small note - if you kill Brother Truman in the early game, he will not be there after Ezra, there won't be any crowd and neither will the Engelhart wielding Scavenger. Also you don't really need to kill Truman early, you can get the Truman Faith spear later on in the cathedral from the riddler guy.

Just a bit more detail about MG Centurion location, as I missed it myself even when looking for it where this guide suggested. Unlike other enemies that dual wield one-handed weapons, this one doesn't have a MG Centurion in each hand, but it replaces the right hand part of the de-fragged split cleaver.

I just saw the defragged split cleaver initially and dismissed the enemy as not the one I was looking for. Only spotted it when got to end of area and realised I hadn't encountered it, had to reload and try again.

Any chance to get these 6 weapons at final worldstate? If yes could you please explain where? I was running around like crazy after watching the devs video on youtube just to find out that 6 weaponwhielding enemies dont spawn in my world. Also that implant from the enemies on bridge in front of seaside court is unobtainable for me since the enemies are gone. Is there an alternative location?
These are the weapons i am missing:

1.MG Centurion
2.MG Ignis
3.Kate 2.0
4.Portable Omni Assembler
5.Wave of tomorrow
6.Codename Zarathustra

Any hints would be great ;)
