game use to run fine, but now, no go.
Ive launched this game several times without problems, now it just doesn't work, even after redoing installation. All I get is two black screen flashes then a desktop flash back to two blacks in a loop. ctl alt delete does not interupt it. I have to do a hard shut down.
???
Anyone else have this problem?
My drivers are up to date.
XPS lap top, i5 with a 525M nvidia. lots of ram.

something must have changed. did you install something new? put in new hardware? update a driver?

Oh and maybe you have to restall an older version of the visual C++ file from the microsoft download page .I seem to remember doing both a couple years ago

Yeah, did Dx, but not C++ thing.. will check on that..
