Protection domain not working

Hey there, I know you're overloaded with bugs and stuff at the moment, but since I haven't found this bug reported anywhere yet, might as well chart it down.

The Protection domain "passive" is supposed to give a Resistance bonus to Saves and with an active you can grant it to another PC. This bonus is a Resistance bonus and doesn't stack (in the pen and paper game at least) with a Cloak of Resistance.

Well I have a Dwarven Cleric (Crusader, lvl 2) of Torag with the Protection domain and my saves are : For +6, Ref +1, Will +6. Considering the ability scores for these saves of, respectively, 16(+3), 12(+1) and 16(+3) and the Cleric natural +3, +0 and +3 at this level, math shows the passive doesn't work at all.

Moreso, if I equip the Cloaf of Resistance +1, my saves go up to 7, 2 and 7, confirming that my ability does nothing.

Same here, Protection Domain's passive bonus to Save Throws not working. And if I use special power to move this bonus to my companion - he doesn't receive this bonus either.

i have a cloak of resistance +4 and a lesser ring of ultimate protection and their resistance bonuses stack. Could be just that
nvm ring gives +4 luck bonus instead of resistance bonus as it should
