I can't guarantee it'll fix everyone's stutter but my testing has been perfect so far.
If it was going to stutter on my rig, it would've normally stuttered many times by now.
But not even one yet.
By chance I was testing the game yesterday, and the stutter was still there.
So definitely todays update that fixed it for me.
Are you using Kaldaien's Special K mod too? I was still getting stutter after the update, then I installed it and made the first two render threads normal priority and disable mouse and keyboard input and it significantly reduced all stutter.
Yeah, the last real update was back in December 2018. The stutter has been a thing since August 2018. The fact that it took them almost two years to fix stutter. That's really bad and makes me think twice about buying Japanese SE games.
Still, I'm glad it is fixed finally fixed but god damn I am not waiting for the ports of FF7R or KH3. Just getting them on consoles. SE are useless in supporting Japanese ports.
